Data and limits

Everything comes live from public Cuyahoga County services (the Fiscal Officer’s parcel and appraisal GIS layers, the county’s sales and value data on ArcGIS, and the MyPlace property search). Values are the county’s figures (2024 reappraisal where available; history 2010–2025). Results are cached for up to a day, and the server shares a modest request budget among everyone, so it may occasionally say it is busy.

Public records, not legal, tax, or credit advice. Tax numbers are estimates. Owner names are public record; please use them responsibly. The server does not log what you search for.
